Why one price
Most quiz tools sell a ladder: a cheap plan with a low player cap, a middle plan that unlocks question types, and a top plan with the reports. You end up paying for the tier that removes the one limit that annoyed you. ZappyQ has one Host Plan because the same product serves a class of 30 and a company kick-off of 300.
The free plan is a real plan, not a trial. Build as many quizzes as you want, use all six question types, try the AI quiz generator ten times and host live games for up to 25 players with reports on screen. Hosting a live game needs a free account; building a quiz does not. When you need more players, monthly AI drafts or CSV export, the Host Plan adds exactly those three things. What differs
Free plan: up to 25 players, a whole class. Host Plan: no player cap.

Billing FAQ
Yes. The ZappyQ Host Plan is billed monthly through Stripe with no commitment. Cancel from your account page whenever you like; the plan stays active until the end of the month you have already paid for, and nothing renews after that. You can come back later and your quizzes will still be there.
No. ZappyQ does not refund started billing periods, except where the law requires it. Because the plan is billed one month at a time and you can cancel at any moment, the most you ever commit to is one month. If something went wrong with a charge, email support@zappyq.com and we will look at it.
For consumers in the EU, the UK and Sweden, yes: €9.99, £8.99 and 99 kr are the final prices with VAT included at your local rate. The USD price of $9.99 is shown without tax. The receipt from Stripe shows what you paid.
ZappyQ is sold as a monthly card subscription per host, which is what keeps the price at $9.99 a month. If your school or company needs an invoice, a purchase order or several hosts on one bill, email support@zappyq.com and tell us how many hosts you need; we will reply with what we can offer. Never. ZappyQ players join free on every plan, including the free plan. They scan the QR code on the host's screen or type the six-digit PIN at zappyq.com/join, pick a nickname and play in the browser. No app, no account, no payment, and all game data is deleted 24 hours after the game is created.
They stay. When your ZappyQ Host Plan ends, your account goes back to the free plan: your quizzes remain, you can still edit them and host live games, and the free plan's limits apply again: 25 players per game, 10 AI drafts in total and reports on screen. Only the player cap, the monthly AI allowance and CSV export go away.
